Description
The firm is currently seeking an associate attorney to work with and support partner with a very active trial docket in construction defect matters. Associate attorney will be responsible for legal research, legal document preparation, drafting discovery and discovery responses, attend hearings and depositions (as needed) and meet with clients.
Applicant should be well organized, team player, highly motivated and able to adapt to different situations.
Requirements
Applicant should have minimum 2-3 years experience with civil litigation (defense experience preferred, but not required).
