Role Description:

This full-time, on-site Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload involving commercial disputes and construction litigation.

Responsibilities include: Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents; taking and defending depositions; representing clients before courts, government agencies, and in arbitration and mediation; collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies; maintaining client communications and managing deadlines.
