A growing Orange County law firm based in Newport Beach, practices plaintiff-side employment and consumer litigation. We are seeking a highly qualified attorney to join our expanding team as an Associate Attorney. Our practice focuses on employment and consumer class and representative actions involving wage-and-hour, PAGA, discrimination, and other employment claims. We bring these cases against employers ranging from regional businesses to Fortune 500 companies, in a wide range of industries. We have recovered millions on behalf of thousands of employees and consumers in California.

The Role
Associates manage their own caseload starting from filing through resolution or judgment, with direct mentorship from the Partner. Associate will have the opportunity to take depositions, make court appearances, argue motions, and attend trial.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of civil litigation experience and hands-on experience with most of the following: legal research, discovery, motion practice, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation. Experience with California wage-and-hour, PAGA, or FEHA litigation, on either the plaintiff or defense side, is a strong plus. Candidates must be active members in good standing of the State Bar of California.
