We are seeking an attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing Business Law, Real Estate, and Estate Planning practice groups.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with individuals, families, business owners, and commercial clients on a diverse range of transactional and advisory matters. The ideal candidate enjoys building client relationships, providing practical legal guidance, and helping clients achieve their personal and business goals.

Responsibilities

Advise businesses on entity formation, contracts, transactions, and day-to-day legal matters

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and other business documents

Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential and commercial real estate transactions

Prepare and review purchase agreements, leases, easements, and other real estate-related documents

Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives

Assist clients with trust and estate administration, probate matters, and business succession planning

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsive service

Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
