Role Description

This is a full-time Attorney role. The Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload focused on workers' compensation. Core responsibilities include providing legal advice, conducting thorough legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients during hearings and trials. The candidate will initially be required to be in the office full-time, but the option to work remote part of the time is offered once training is completed.

We are looking for an entry-level candidate.  The candidate must have passed the Illinois Bar Exam and be fully licensed in November of 2026.  The candidate will work directly with clients to set and achieve the client's goals. Some travel is required, as the firm handles cases throughout the State of Illinois. Salary will be based on experience. We offer health insurance beginning on the first day of employment. A 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions is available after 6 months of employment. Optional dental, vision, and long-term disability insurance coverage are available.
