Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo, LLP is seeking a full-time Commercial Litigation Attorney with Surrogate’s Court Experience.

The candidate should be able to independently manage own caseload through all phases of pre-trial litigation. Commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts is required. Drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and complex motion papers. Strong deposition experience is required.
In addition to commercial disputes, litigation in the Surrogate’s Court on Estate and Trust matters is an important component of the work. Some trial experience is preferred.
