Description

We are currently seeking a recently graduated Immigration Attorney to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a new JD or newly admitted Florida attorney who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-volume immigration practice.

The selected candidate will assist in cases that require attorney review and representation, including preparing and reviewing immigration forms, drafting cover letters and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), organizing supporting documentation, and providing legal assistance throughout the case process.

The attorney will also accompany clients to USCIS appointments when required and support clients with case preparation and follow-up.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated entry-level attorney to build practical experience in immigration law within a dynamic and client-focused environment.
 
 
 

Requirements

-Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
-Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing (required).
-Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
-Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Professional demeanor with strong client-service skills.
-Willingness to accompany clients to USCIS appointments when required.
-Prior immigration law experience is preferred but not required.
